I agree with some of the previous reviews. The quality of the food has become poor, as has that of the staff in this branch. Years ago it was way better here.

Just redeemed a coupon. A big tasty bacon die and Chicken McNuggets, unfortunately the nuggets and sauce weren't included. Unfortunately this is not the first time in the branch

Due to Corona requirements, we could only take with us to go. The workforce is always super nice and ambitious. We would love to come back.

I really enjoy going to McDonald's! Unfortunately I have only had bad experiences here in Neukirchen lately. Lukewarm dishes are accepted as normal. Unfriendly staff, who neither wear mouth and nose protection properly behind the counter and during preparation nor adhere to the simplest hygiene rules, are just one example. The conditions behind the counter observed during the waiting time led to a loss of appetite. Sorry, but this was the last time.

It has always been my main branch, which is the quickest way to get there. Very modern restaurant with a nice outdoor area. Short waiting time to eat and friendly staff from many nations who are always ready to help. But I miss the breakfast ?

Typical perfect experience

After the initial high, this McDonald's has unfortunately waned. We now have to check every order, as products are often forgotten or incorrectly packed. The organization seems to have gotten worse. You can't give any judgment about the food. It's just typical McDonalds food in the intended quality.

The new cup holders and packaging for the McFlurry are a joke. My passenger footwell is completely covered. The packaging has no stability and even falls over in the smoothest curve. Thanks ... But that was the last time McDrive.

Ordered in advance by mobile phone, on site they say the order cannot be taken because the mobile phone has to be brought with you. The screenshot on the friend's cell phone was not enough. Among other things, the sound makes the music here. If you don't deal with people, maybe think about another job. That is not enough, then two parts are forgotten in the changed order, but they have been paid for. Top performance, from now on I prefer to continue to BK. And you can now save yourself the tip that you have to look up on site

One order, three mistakes ... You immediately get disinfectant on your fingers when you come in, very courteous to pay attention to. But where are the employees' gloves? 1 drink was completely missing, the other was Fanta instead of Coke! But the best explanation was for all these mistakes: the cashier was new

I actually haven't been to a bad McDonalds in 25+ years.. until I came here. There is no inspiration, no passion, it feels like a dirty factory. Our order wasn't complete and instead of helping me out, the guy blamed me for not mentioning the incomplete order earlier :'). Worst McDonalds ever.

Friendly staff, and efficient service. The Big Veggie TS Burger was disappointing, it was cold, and dry. There was very little sauce, had to add extra ketchup. They should bring back the Veggie TS Burger that they had in the 'Basic' menu, tasted much better, and value for money.

So, I didn't know it was possible to mess up a MC Donald's. But this Mac has done it. I am used to enjoy my chemical burgers and fries. However the burger and fried shrimps were completely tasteless. The food also looked quite untasty. Like it was rushed and old. Another thing to note is the amount of flies flying around. Something I wouldn't necessarily complain about. But with these numbers it would consider it a problem. I would definitely not recommend to come to this Mac unless they make significant changes.
